The
growth of RSM Equipment over the past five years
has been quite phenomenal. with over 35 years experience in the crane
and transport industry, Barry Parker established RSM with a vision
in mind and an acute awareness of the problems that customers encounter
when shopping for new and used cranes & specialised marine equipment. Right from the company's inception, the customer base has been broad and demanding. One of the first problems encountered for Barry was finding cranes of reasonable quality to meet customer's needs. This prompted Barry to look at the international market for importation to Australia. Importation from overseas markets meant that much consideration needed to be paid to the client's protection of volatile exchange rates and the need to set up fully equipped workshops in Perth, Sydney, Osaka and Singapore. |

have made RSM equipment one of Australia's major suppliers of second hand used
Japanese and European cranes. The company has also expanded its sales
reach into PNG, Indonesia, Malaysia, India and parts of Africa. Having the workshops in Perth, Sydney, Osaka and Singapore has allowed Barry's clients time to inspect, request repairs and even custom design to their individual requirements. |

The workshop facilities have allowed the customers needs to be a priority, and before delivery all cranes have been tested and meet AS1418 safety compliance. New Cranes are also a large focus of RSM. Opting only to offer quality cranes. |  |
